KONSTANTIN GLASMACHER
FOUNDER
Konstantin Glasmacher is a founding partner of Lagovent Ventures Group, LLC. In that capacity, Konstantin co-leads the development of incubation and partnership projects. Konstantin co-founded HauteLook Inc., which provides premium fashion and lifestyle brands with an innovative solution to move inventory and Solesociety, a personalized shoe club that provides designer quality, on-trend shoes. Before he discovered his calling as an entrepreneur, Konstantin started his career in investment banking where he executed in excess of $2 billion worth of M&A and corporate finance transactions. Konstantin holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College and an MBA from INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France.
BRETT MARKINSON
FOUNDER
Brett Markinson is a founding partner of Lagovent Ventures Group, LLC. In that capacity, Brett co-leads the development of incubation and partnership projects. Brett co-founded HauteLook Inc., which provides premium fashion and lifestyle brands with an innovative solution to move inventory and Solesociety, a personalized shoe club that provides designer quality, on-trend shoes. Over the past 20 years, Brett has been actively involved in the development of a number of disruptive technology businesses. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science from Babson College with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies.
SUMA GOWDA
SOFTWARE ENGINEER
Suma Gowda is a Software Engineer at Lagovent Ventures Group, LLC. In that capacity, Suma works on technology development of prototyping and incubation projects. Prior to Lagovent, Suma worked on a number of web based projects at Innovent Group and ABCMouse.com, an early learning site focused on language and math concept development.
Suma has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from University of Pune and a Masters of Computer Science from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles (USC).
DAVID JETTE
ASSOCIATE
David Jette is an Associate at Lagovent Ventures Group where he assists in the management of portfolio companies and provides research and operational support to new projects. Before joining Lagovent, David was a freelance social media consultant and content developer, creating game community platforms and content for eRepublik and CivOnline. David is also an award-winning playwright, co-founder of Brimmer St. Theatre Co, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Playwriting from Emerson College.
DANIEL STERN
DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
As Director of Business Development, Daniel Stern oversees the asset management of LREG's US real estate portfolio and co-ordinates new venture activities at LVG. At LREG, Daniel works closely with third party management firms, coordinates investor relations, and spearheads all budgeting and financial reporting functions. In that capacity, Daniel also leads all property development activities. At LVG, Daniel guides new business creation and co-ordinates LVG's portfolio companies' strategic and operating advisory support.
Daniel is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds a Bachelors degree from Wake Forest University.
